My name is Mandeep Singh and I am a wine enthusiast and an avid traveler. I am an IT professional dedicated to my work and career and often find myself worrying about mortgage, children’s education, bills and not having much time to travel and see the world (You know all that good normal grown up life stuff, like anyone else). I am a husband and a dad of two boys, and two four legged furry girls named Zaara & Coral.
I believe travelling and seeing countries, embracing different cultures and traditions’, learning about history etc. provides a great perspective. Travelling has widened my perception of the world and life in general. Each time I travel and return home from vacation, I feel more grateful and appreciative of what I have. Travel to me is like therapy, a retreat and a change from day-to-day mundane mechanical life. There is a famous saying, “We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us.” This is so true!!
My passion for travel combined with my interest in wines from different terroirs gives me the feeling that I am living my life to the fullest. I would also like to acknowledge my beautiful and loving wife, Preeti for being my life and my travel partner and above all, my inspiration to write my travel blog.
